Rural Valley Cemetery
Memorials (headstones) need to be approved by Rural Valley Cemetery Association (RVCA) prior to installation
Decorations NOT to exceed 20" from front of headstone
Discarded/ Decayed decorations can be removed at anytime
Decorations impeding mowing or other cemetery operations can be removed at anytime
Holiday decorations can be removed anytime 5 days after New Year's Day or Easter Sunday (weather permitting)
Please pick up after your own plot and use the dumping area at the end of Section E to discard your decorations
Food, perishables, or glass are NOT PERMITTED

Be respectful of your fellow plot owners
A benefactor has established a fund with the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan to provide for maintenance of the cemetery. The Rural Valley Cemetery Association Maintenance Fund accepts donations that will assist in capital and general maintenance projects.
